1. Save yourself time and data; don't bother installing it in the first place.whatever marketing genius or web designer came up with this new app SHOULD BE FIRED!!! this is a ridiculous app design, less informative about the property, more difficult to navigate, frustrating enough to delete from my phone you should have kept the older version in short DON'T FIX IT IF IT ISN'T BROKEN!!.

2. App is corrupted when using the draw boundary feature.Great app, I can convert currencies to my local currency and the listing are extensive, but the app is slow to respond to touch commands which leads me to pressing the same button 2 to 3 tines then it goes to where I don't and it's glitch as well as some of the properties I've saved don't show even though they are there and I'm logged in.

3. Need: Tablet support Multiple filters in "property types" Offering More filters that the others don't have would make for a compelling reason to use SIR (style: Ultra Modern, Mediterranean; Features: LEEDS, Off Grid, Solar, Well, Air Strip, Docks)Junk.

4. The older version was simple informative easy to navigate beautifully designed without being obtrusive, Sotheby you really need to think about potential clients, not what's sleek and modern.Received a 403 error.

5. It's not that expensive to build mobile application, and for the house of Sothebies grade it's hilarious to have something off this quality to be associated with the name.Heavy, slow, and unnecessarily flashy & buggy.

6. In short it's slow and glitchy, my rating would be 4 stars but because of those two elements I rate it two.

7. It was also very slow when I would press things and the screen was a bit jumpy when things were loading.

8. I'm trying to look at the pictures and the search menu takes up half the screen and keeps popping up in the way.

9. Fix those two elements and I will give it 4 stars.Almost impossible to use, cannot navigate anywhere from my current location.

10. When I would insert my filters like beds, baths, price, lifestyle, etc, it would always crash.

1. Fix Sothe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sothe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sothe App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sothe" » Open Sotheby's International Realty » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sothe » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sotheby's International Realty app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sothe servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sotheby's International Realty" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sothe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sothe might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sothe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sothe then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sothe not working

2. Fix Sothe Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sothe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sothe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sothe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
