4. I'm a magazine subscriber and everytime I try to read the articles in the app there is another problem.

5. Coupled with a buggy app, buggy registration process, and snarky tech support, this is an embarrassment for MIT.

6. HBR is in a different league.For a business school that is renowned for technology, this app is a major let down.

7. Will definitely not renew my membership.High quality articles, but the app just sucks.

8. Also the UI of the app looks like it needs more workWon't load my account.

9. What an embarrassment.The speed and interface make me thinking about windows 98.

10. And advertisement get first priority, making the experience even worse.
