1. Desktop and web versions are much more comfortable.Good content, but although I'm a subscriber using the app is a lottery, the articles most of the times are not reachable through the app and there is no click for support within the app layout.
2. Advertising an "unlimited" subscription with a 30 year archive and then clarifying that back issues aren't included (while showing a back issue in the ad) is unconscionable.
3. Everytime I click on an article to read it takes me to "From the editor" page.Subscribed online.
4. I'm a magazine subscriber and everytime I try to read the articles in the app there is another problem.
5. Coupled with a buggy app, buggy registration process, and snarky tech support, this is an embarrassment for MIT.
6. HBR is in a different league. For a business school that is renowned for technology, this app is a major let down.
7. Will definitely not renew my membership.High quality articles, but the app just sucks.
8. Also the UI of the app looks like it needs more workWon't load my account.
9. What an embarrassment. The speed and interface make me thinking about windows 98.
10. And advertisement get first priority, making the experience even worse.
11. It is slow to load and pathetic.
