1. 😒This app is perfect!! Whether you're a beginner or advanced stage in your exercise program, this app targets it! Every workout is challenging yet super rewarding! Highly recommend!!👍Cancelations and Refunds requests - The support service are really bad the app charges you 29.99 and when you request a refund they give you the run around, they never answer you.. this app and the people running it are not worth the stress.. there are better apps with better customer service.

2. Must cancel auto renew and can't find that! Don't do it!I installed the app to enroll into the 3 months plan which was priced as 2.9 USD per week on the landing page... But when I clicked for the same plan in the app (just a few minutes later), the asked price was 10 USD per week! If this is not fraud, I don't know what is... Very disappointing 😞 And they got my email address now, by cheating me with fake pricing.

3. I also reached out to whomever it took me to when trying to contact them through Google play (developer contact) and I have yet to hear back from anyone.I do the beginners level, started just a week ago and I find it really good.

4. Their refund policy requires proof you did workouts with no results and no other instances are approved for a refund application I can't seem to find.

5. My only problem is that the warm up and cool down exercises come one after the other right away so I lose a couple of reps while changing posture.I have discovered a month in I can't physically do the workouts due to a recent diagnosis.

6. I am trying to get refund but there is no response from costumer service.

7. Application doesn't work and blocking my trainings despite having active subscription.Enjoyed the trial.

8. Cancelled subscription the day the trial ended but app is still trying to take money out of my account.

9. Still waiting for customer service to contact me.

10. There are legit companies that process your refund without giving you problems.It was working well .

11. Lossing patience and scammed! Think I'll contact the ACCC to follow up.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix FitHer Issues

1. Fix FitHer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart FitHer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the FitHer App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FitHer" » Open FitHer: Workout for women » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FitHer » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear FitHer: Workout for women app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FitHer servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FitHer: Workout for women" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check FitHer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FitHer might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall FitHer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FitHer then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FitHer not working


2. Fix FitHer Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FitHer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FitHer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FitHer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I purchased the 6 month plan just this morning, I want to void the transaction for an refund. After the purchase and shows me the meals there is absolutely nothing and I mean nothing that I will eat off here. I thought I’d be able to cancel it right away but it doesn’t allow it. Not worth $40

  • On my app it says for 6 months it is 1.02$ a week, but the price being charged is 52.99$? That math doesn’t add up. I have a screen shot of it if you want I can email to you. I would love to sign up for 6 months at 1.02$ per week please
