1. Downloaded so I could answer tickets with screenshots from my phone but it doesn't allow attachments in replies so I'm stuck emailing attachments to myself to attach on desktop which is what I was trying to make more efficient.Great work.
2. I guess If this desk feature is added to the actual Teamwork app instead of having separate, it'd have been more better.Well, for me it does work, even if some key features are missing (unable to copy text from ticket i.e.).No ability to create a new ticket is crazy.
3. In some cases tags are vital and required for our team so the lack of that feature is significant.I love Desk! And the mobile app is a great complement to its more mature, feature-rich desktop version.
4. I do see a quick pop-up asking for Storage permission but it goes away and gets stuck at the account screen.
5. Also, it would be nice to have the ability to navigate between other Teamwork apps i.e. Project, CRMSub Par Notification Settings.
