1. Downloaded so I could answer tickets with screenshots from my phone but it doesn't allow attachments in replies so I'm stuck emailing attachments to myself to attach on desktop which is what I was trying to make more efficient.Great work.

2. I guess If this desk feature is added to the actual Teamwork app instead of having separate, it'd have been more better.Well, for me it does work, even if some key features are missing (unable to copy text from ticket i.e.).No ability to create a new ticket is crazy.

3. In some cases tags are vital and required for our team so the lack of that feature is significant.I love Desk! And the mobile app is a great complement to its more mature, feature-rich desktop version.

4. I do see a quick pop-up asking for Storage permission but it goes away and gets stuck at the account screen.

5. Also, it would be nice to have the ability to navigate between other Teamwork apps i.e. Project, CRMSub Par Notification Settings.

6. I want the option to set notification that I receive a ticket for.Worked for a while then did not update with new ticketsLogin loop.

7. Close, no longer works and is stuck at the account list.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Teamwork Desk Issues

1. Fix Teamwork Desk Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Teamwork Desk: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Teamwork Desk App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Teamwork Desk" » Open Teamwork Desk » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Teamwork Desk » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Teamwork Desk app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Teamwork Desk servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Teamwork Desk" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Teamwork Desk app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Teamwork Desk might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Teamwork Desk. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Teamwork Desk then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Teamwork Desk not working


2. Fix Teamwork Desk Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Teamwork Desk be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Teamwork Desk not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Teamwork Desk may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
