1. They still can't finish or enhance their own trading platform from the website, so they've thrown this severely bloated 3rd party all-in-one system that is very slow, unintuitive, takes more than a year to fully learn, and it just wasn't, and still hasn't been, implemented well.
2. In the last two months (February and March of 2023) The app crashes a minimum of once an hour... I've performed every type of; update, reboot, uninstall-reinstall, etc.. For Android / Samsung / T-Mobile / and Thinkorswim.
3. You don't have to re-look up things every time you change time frames like other apps.
4. It gets the job done if I need to quickly trade on the go, but overall a very disappointing experience given how advanced the desktop platform is.Update: Push notifications still don't work 2 years later.
5. Other apps are more complicated or it takes more taps, scrolls, swipes, or more actions in general to do the same things this app does with one motion.
6. It takes up so much of the screen I can't see any of the stats to the right.I enjoy the app, the drawing tools are easy to use and I like being able to set price level alerts while I go about my day.
7. Thinkorswim is already top of the line and did a great job with the app.If I want to multitask and check on an email or browse some other info and go back to the app, I'm often signed off.
8. At busy times, you can miss entry by significant enough time that the trade is no longer profitable, relevant or desired.
9. Hint allow the app to rotate on the position screen so we can see more stats at the same time.
10. Happens switching from paper to real, happens at log in, happens when switching between smaller watchlists after my last conversation with support.
11. It's Very slow when when the market gets busy, trades do not get executed promptly, costing me quite a bit of money (thousands, in some single trades).
