1. Current issue is can't select my store so I can't see my coworkers schedules.The app is currently not working at all, it just keeps flashing a sign saying I don't have access and it's not letting me click anything, when I click ok it just keeps flashing and repeating fasterStuck with a popup that says I don't have access.

2. Now it won't even let me do that and a pop up saying "Oops! You do not have access to this feature" will show up on screen, and when that clears away my app will freeze on a loading screenEndless loop of "access denied".

4. Someone PLEASE FIX THIS!! I am a dedicated employee but this situation is getting old quickly.App worked great the first time I used it, but since I had to use a new invite code I can't even get to the profile screen.

5. Something has got to give!! I cannot see my schedule nor, and more importantly, I cannot see with which team members I will be working, because that makes a huge difference in planning and preparing for the day.

6. Can you charge me $5 and make an app that doesn't try and schedule people overnight? Or let's you adjust someone's shift on the same day without deleting it? It works to show the staff their shifts.

7. I too kept on having an error that kept saying "oops you do not have access to this feature".

8. Then click on the app, then click on storage, then click "clear data" followed by "forced stop in that order.

9. At least that is what worked for me.The first day my manager set it up it worked but after that it would tell me I had to register again but would freeze.

10. I can only log into a store I worked at 3 years ago.

11. Since I am the manager, this makes it so none of my store can use the app 😒This app is awful.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix The SUBWAY Issues

1. Fix The SUBWAY Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart The SUBWAY: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the The SUBWAY App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "The SUBWAY" » Open The SUBWAY® Labor Scheduler » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for The SUBWAY » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear The SUBWAY® Labor Scheduler app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The SUBWAY servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The SUBWAY® Labor Scheduler" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check The SUBWAY app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The SUBWAY might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall The SUBWAY. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall The SUBWAY then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing The SUBWAY not working


2. Fix The SUBWAY Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make The SUBWAY be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to The SUBWAY not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, The SUBWAY may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
