1. I've had several instances where an appointment was made, but does not show in the schedule, yet when you go into the individual clients it shows an appointment was made there... Seems kind of pointless to have this if I have to make multiple appointments just for it to work correctly.Square is a great app, but there was a period when the square assistant did not send notifications only via email .I had to manually send out reminders to my clients.

2. It's working out great for me but one issue my clients are having is when they are booking multiple appointments they can't book the same service more than once without having to start a new appointment.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Square Appointments Issues

1. Fix Square Appointments Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Square Appointments: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Square Appointments App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Square Appointments" » Open Square Appointments: Scheduler » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Square Appointments » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Square Appointments: Scheduler app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Square Appointments servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Square Appointments: Scheduler" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Square Appointments app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Square Appointments might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Square Appointments. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Square Appointments then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Square Appointments not working
