Why should I report an Issue with Planta - Care for your plants?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I think the subscription for premium is just far too expensive, so if basic features keep getting picked off for premium, I may uninstall.Very good app! Optional notifications for watering every day, it keeps track of my 70+ plants better than I can by myself.

2. I used to have premium (& learned a lot from it!) but now I only use it to keep track of my own watering schedule that I make up (I don't need all the other options at this point), cause the app isn't 100% accurate.

3. I find this to have been an issue with a few plants, as some just really need a humidifier.For some plants the care schedule was on point, but it killed my succulents because once it turned over to the spring schedule it went from waterings once every month to once every week.

4. I still like the organizational aspect, I just wouldn't recommend using the care schedule feature, as it doesn't seem to be completely accurate or consistent.Annoying that this app doesn't have an option for selecting that you've planted your plant in the ground.

5. Overall, I like it as a rough guide to keep track of things and the UI is decent, but it's not as useful as it probably should be.I really like the watering reminders- it's improved my basic plant care.

6. I don't understand how "grow light" is a premium feature when it's kind of important to know for the FREE watering schedule.

7. It's a really good reminder schedule for those who just have a bit too many plants to keep track of.

8. Although, I just noticed today that it's now a premium feature to indicate if your plant is under a grow light, when it hadn't been before.

9. I also wish the free version would let me set up custom routine reminders Edit: Adding a star now that they've included grow lights as an option.App works great for me.

10. This app could be great, but it's not yet.Exactly what I needed, and so helpful, since I have 30+ plants, to keep them organized and to give me an idea how often to water plants I'm less familiar with.

11. It's been probably a couple weeks now since this app had worked at full capacity for me so now I'm struggling having to remember which plants I need to revisit.

1. Fix Planta Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Planta: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Planta App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Planta" » Open Planta - Care for your plants » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Planta » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Planta - Care for your plants app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Planta servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Planta - Care for your plants" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Planta app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Planta might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Planta. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Planta then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Planta not working

2. Fix Planta Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Planta be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Planta not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Planta may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
