1. One time I was several hours past the ETA and contacted Snohub support and was told to contact the contractor via phone, which is so backwards for an app based platform.
2. Seen a Facebook Ad for this today and thought it was a fantastic idea and something that I could definately see myself using and recommending to others because lets be honest, noone likes going out to shovel before a trip in the car etc.
3. Not worth getting excited about.First day using it as a contractor, well done! I liked that you can reserve up to 5 clients.
4. Hopefully you can resolve the issue before more people give up.Not able to view some agreement after inputting the phone verification code.
5. It connects homeowners who need snow removal on the spot with local small businesses who need the work especially in these difficult times.
6. After spending 5 hrs trying to get a project found it is not worth it.Love the concept, shame it doesn't work.
7. What a waste of time!I am leaving a review as a contractor on the app.
8. The contractors will keep rescheduling, then cancel at the last minute or not even show up! I tried using it 3 times now.
9. The first time it was finally plowed (crappily), but the guy was 3 hours late.
10. If I wanted to make a bunch of phone calls, I would've enlisted a traditional contractor.
11. The app is very glitchy right now but please do not give up so fast it really is a great app that will provide alot of value to you.On two snow events I had no fewer than 3 cancellations each after waiting for the ETA to elapse.
