Thank you to the Developers!good app no water mark ..good filters but the problems are..it asking my location is did not grant it..so unable to use camera..and unable to view pdf in my mobile by using this app...and I saved 7 pictures and formed apdf it's size is 1mb no compresser... good we can save file in any folder of mobile..but it needs very improvements...why it need location???.and not able to scan then this deserves only one star...thank you...This app wasted my time.

3. Hasn't worked well in weeks.Quality of scan is very good, and there are many options to refine the scan.

4. however can u please add feature to allow us to add our own watermark? It would be nice if i can add my own company's water mark in my scanned documents.

5. thank you for making this simple and useful app.Tried and tested a few well known doc scanners, none gave the perfect image as this.

6. Not sure what happened but it worked for two years and today, (nothing changed, had worked on this phone for a long time).

9. If you look at the menu, the send to email option is there but literally not working.Wonderfully bug-free and powerful.

1. Fix MDScan Lite Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MDScan Lite: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MDScan Lite App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MDScan Lite" » Open MDScan Lite » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MDScan Lite » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MDScan Lite app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MDScan Lite servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MDScan Lite" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MDScan Lite app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MDScan Lite might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MDScan Lite. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MDScan Lite then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MDScan Lite not working

2. Fix MDScan Lite Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MDScan Lite be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MDScan Lite not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MDScan Lite may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
