Why should I report an Issue with EasyviewerLite?

1. please fix.Updated and now I have all kind of problems cant view my cameras have tried several times to reset and still dosent work! It was perfect until update!!! Thanks for nothingJust gone to play back a day last week as think someone tried to get into our house and realised you have changed all icons.

2. Please help in simple terms.used to be a good app but now its not working anymore !! since last update I cant find my dvr in device manager tab anymore.

3. App doesn't rmember last camera selection.update erased saved devices and when I added it back in it showed up once and now won't show up.

4. Where is the button to playback the last minute from the current camera???My location is not necessary.

5. and when i try to scan its qr code again, it is saying that the code already exist in the app but I dont see anything in the device manager !! pls fix !!!have to give this a 1 star because I can't use it on any tablet I own or Nvidia Shield TV, etc.

6. For an app that was already hard to navigate, now with the last update you've made a nightmare of an app.

1. Fix EasyviewerLite Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EasyviewerLite: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EasyviewerLite App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EasyviewerLite" » Open EasyviewerLite » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EasyviewerLite » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EasyviewerLite app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EasyviewerLite servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EasyviewerLite" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EasyviewerLite app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EasyviewerLite might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EasyviewerLite. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EasyviewerLite then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EasyviewerLite not working

2. Fix EasyviewerLite Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EasyviewerLite be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EasyviewerLite not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EasyviewerLite may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
