1. Very inconvenient, overpriced, not very user friendly, generic, and customer service is pretty bad too.I ran my pool company for 2 years exclusively on Square's business apps (Invoices, Appointments, main Square app).

2. Link up with your bank and the money gets there reasonably quickly.I run a service business and this invoice app is great I can do a service call write up the customer as soon as I'm done and email it directly to them.

3. if you're looking for simple to use business apps with a plethora of options and features, you literally cannot do better (for free).It works, but the app and the PC version are a completely different interface.

1. Fix Square Invoices Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Square Invoices: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Square Invoices App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Square Invoices" » Open Square Invoices: Invoice Maker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Square Invoices » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Square Invoices: Invoice Maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Square Invoices servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Square Invoices: Invoice Maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Square Invoices app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Square Invoices might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Square Invoices. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Square Invoices then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Square Invoices not working

2. Fix Square Invoices Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Square Invoices be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Square Invoices not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Square Invoices may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
