Speedo On Customer Insights

1. This app connected to my Samsung Gear Sport for one swim and I've never been able to sync the data to my SpeedoOn account.

2. Edit 11/14/2018: The swim tracker built into the Samsung workout application is excellent! I don't understand how Speedo On is so inaccurate using the same hardware.If I could give it less than one star, I would.

3. I also tried to just set a pool (distance) swim - but the math is all wrong because it always thinks I am in a 22 yard pool no matter how many times I set it to 25 yards!I like the concept and will keep using the app, but it is very far from being pleasant to use.

4. Not only is the distance that is recorded during a swim incorrect, after syncing a swim with the app on my phone my total distance, SWOLF, and the pool length are changed.

5. Also I have to now manually sync swim info from watch to speedo then back to phone.

6. 25m pool x 10 lengths = 400m?!?! (using with the Samsung Gear Fit 2 Pro).

7. If the app will keep improving, I will be happy to change my rating in the future!For an app that is supposed to cater for advanced swimmers, this is very poor.i have used this for some time, but have found it to be unwieldy and inflexible.

8. whilst the watch is accurate, the syncing to the app is very poor as now it does not put the correct date and time on the app.

9. Had to restart both phone and watch after repairing them via Bluetooth and then the speedo application.

10. I can't sync my Samsung Gear Fit2 Pro anymore.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Speedo On Issues

1. Fix Speedo On Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Speedo On: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Speedo On App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Speedo On" » Open Speedo On - Swim Tracking App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Speedo On » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Speedo On - Swim Tracking App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Speedo On servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Speedo On - Swim Tracking App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Speedo On app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Speedo On might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Speedo On. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Speedo On then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Speedo On not working


2. Fix Speedo On Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Speedo On be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Speedo On not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Speedo On may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
