1. Been back and forth on phone with VERB and Home office!!! Nobody seems to know how they can fix it!... UPDATE: The VERB team was working on the issues I had and finally able to get App working properly!!! Appreciate the help!I have been with Isagenix for 8 years and this app is a huge disappointment! It has so much potential but there are SO many things missing.

2. To start, there are 8 Nitro resources but only 1 image for repair! *Note: after sharing with Verb my issues and them looking into it I have updated my review by one star.It doesn't work.

3. It is saying that am not currently subscribed and is asking me to log into my back office and sign up for IsaTools? HELP!Thanks for the Magic Link to get the app going.

4. According to an email I received from Isagenix Corporate the app is included free with my Associate fee and was supposed to be available to download free on January 24th.

5. Why does it not sync all my contacts? It only added 4 contacts and I can't figure out how to sync more.adding personalized messages is awkward.

6. Just hope to see it become a "go to" rather than a "when I have time" toolBeen getting the "You are not currently subscribed to IsaTools.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Isagenix Business Issues

1. Fix Isagenix Business Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Isagenix Business: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Isagenix Business App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Isagenix Business" » Open Isagenix Business » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Isagenix Business » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Isagenix Business app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Isagenix Business servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Isagenix Business" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Isagenix Business app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Isagenix Business might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Isagenix Business. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Isagenix Business then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Isagenix Business not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Isagenix Business be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Isagenix Business not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
