1. That's the only abnormal experience I had my first time using the app.My frst month with this company so i paid full price for this app and every 2 days i have to uninstall it and reinstall it otherwise every 5 sec my phone pops up a message saying app as stopped working.

2. I keep getting a message that says the email is invalid (when it's actually in my contact list) or it can't find the person! FIX THIS!! Not happy with it!!App design, user-friendliness, overall vibe all leave much to be desired.

6. A pal suggested it, I downloaded it for a quick test run and tbh, as an IT pro, the whole thing smells of inefficiency with what seems to be a clunky, amateur app and website that will prevent buyers from ever getting to the product.

7. One thing that is frustrating is having to put my log in info every single time.

8. #2centswhere to logout is not practical... normally logout is found under profile or account....not settings.... I kept having to try and remember where you put it, because I kept looking for it under account and profile.

9. Only issue is that the message you receive when you send a video is that they have viewed it.

10. It does the same thing until i uninsta and reinstall, then it works one time and its done.

1. Fix Q ConnectPro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Q ConnectPro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Q ConnectPro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Q ConnectPro" » Open Q ConnectPro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Q ConnectPro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Q ConnectPro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Q ConnectPro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Q ConnectPro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Q ConnectPro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Q ConnectPro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Q ConnectPro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Q ConnectPro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Q ConnectPro not working

2. Fix Q ConnectPro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Q ConnectPro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Q ConnectPro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Q ConnectPro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
