1. I have tried to maintain exercises like these before following a doctor's video but with this app I'm finding it much easierVery helpful and informative! However, one small observation is that if you have "remove animations" enabled (under Android's accessibility options) the instructional videos won't play/animate :'( Other than that, great work SnoreGym! Keep it up!Good app but premium not worth it.
2. Means you can't just get other stuff done, you have to keep checking.Exercises might feel weird or silly at first but keep at them and eventually you'll feel your muscles get used to the exercises and strengthen.
3. Search for "snore" in Google Play to see them all and try them out.I find the tips that appear during the exercises a great addition to ensure you're doing them right.
4. These drown out any detection of snoring and I get false snore results. This is a great app! I love it! It's very easy to use and really works well in recording you as you sleep.
5. It's great it goes through a series of tongue and cheek exercises with animated pictures to help you do it right.
6. Please add a background widget functionality so the exercises can be done during other phone activities.
7. With some new exercises added recently it's not boring and it was free with Snore Lab.
8. There's two sets of 6 exercises that take only 5 minutes a set, and only 10 minutes (two sessions) are needed each day.
9. I recommend this for anybody that has trouble sleeping or believe they have sleep apnea or do have it to track how well your device works for you.Problems with this app: 1.
10. There is no sound to indicate when exercises change direction half way through.
11. You can do enough exercises without paying.
