5. Now sivvi they dispute over their policy and try to charge me 24 aed for nothing I asked for after I file excahnge request they charge me again the delivery charge and try to force me pay cash on delivery.

6. Tried to get the size replaced twice (that too after confirming on email and call) but they straightaway gave a refund even though the desired size/product was available and then changed the prices on the website.

7. Poor handling never a return customer to any noon apps.Product return policy is not very good, quick and feasible.

8. It's been 6 months since I have been in Dubai and I have brought a lot of items from Sivvi especially branded shoes and I am very happy.
