Product listing is also not very detailed in terms of information vis-a-vis popular e-commerce portalsbad experience for this online shopping app... i ordered 3 items, but they delivered only 1, they charge for delivery without completing my orders,, so again another delivery charges for the remaining orders,.. really upset 😞😞😞😞😞I gave 3 stars and i suppose to give it 5 but I'm very disappointed that I ordered HDMI chord for TV tO Mobile.And it's clearly stated on description that it's for Android but what you gave to me is for iPhone and iPad..Though I do have those 2 devices but what I need is for Android..I submitted i combined to mci.gov Sa .

2. Update 2 your phone number not working as answer machine said your employee works from home we cant answer any call only contact our email, i did but no response at allI've order a perfume then they give me not same in my order.

3. Other e-commerce service providers proactively give refund irrespective of product being picked up especially where customer has done 2-3 chasers and importantly where the service provider is at error.

4. 4 orders out of 4 , 2 different items after 2 weeks waiting and 2 order showing delay after payment submitted.

5. It seems that's why the prices are cheaper than other stores.Very nice shopping from kul.

6. Give a must try.Poor customer service and follow-up concerning returns / refunds.

7. One perfume was already opened before and wasn't the same as the purchased item.

8. excellent use of money in online shopping.

10. The other perfume had manufacturing defects.

11. I asked a return permission and before that they get may item and they didn't back the money.

1. Restart KUL Shopping: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KUL Shopping App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KUL Shopping" » Open KUL Shopping » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KUL Shopping » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KUL Shopping app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KUL Shopping servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KUL Shopping" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KUL Shopping app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KUL Shopping might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KUL Shopping. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KUL Shopping then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KUL Shopping not working

2. Fix KUL Shopping Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KUL Shopping be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
