Love it.this app is really good if you do not have a laptop and you need to just pay that bill whether it be electricity rents or any of that fun stuff simple bills is a very easy to use and very good to use system I highly recommend getting it or if you already have a rent way to pay rent or electricity I would highly ask your people if there is a simple bills option because you get better deals and you can decrease the amount of electricity price you have to pay which is nice.App won't open.

We had to pry very hard to figure if we would be refunded the diffrence and they said yes except 2 weeks later when they were supposed to give us a refunded amount we got hit with $100 charge for just electric.I don't quite understand how my final bill was $35 despite no one being in the residence for over 2 months due to the pandemic.
3. Their support staff said that a high final bill could be due to applications still plugged in, but I made sure to turn them all off and unplugged what I could before leaving, which is why there was no electric bill the month prior.
4. Why does a computer need money? They I have a service fee to get the bill every month, then to view the bill, then to pay the bill.
5. At move out we got charged 3 months rent so that we wouldn't have to pay rent after we moved out but they decided to double that last month to cover any additional charges.
6. Perhaps I'm mistaken, but I have the feeling that they have a foot on the scale for their "final estimated bill".There is no support for this app.
7. They will continue to bill you even months after you've already moved out and despite you having paid everything.
8. My bills are way higher now than ever before when I paid them myself and they charge ME to be a customer each month.
9. WOWNone of the bills make sense at the time you receive them and the month they are charging for.
