1. but im not sure whats the difference between this on and the other (same) app in the shop which you have to paid for? Edit Nov 2019: I changed my phone and I have troubles with syncing my data - the latest I can get is October, and after that there are transaction missing :( can you please help? I swapped Huawei P9 to P20ProBRAVO !!!! 10 STARS !!!!! It has everything, it does everything, easy and fast to use, beautiful interface, great reports, flexible, it covers everything with abiliry to search !Flexibility to set my own categories.

I had no problems before with the ads at the bottom of the UI but with these added video ads, it makes it unbearable to use the appI've been using the app since 2016 and I'm very happy with that... the only thing I'm missing is tags in addition to categories... I travel a lot and I like having my categories as accomodation, transport, etc but it would be lovely if I could add a tag so that then I could see for example that my trip to Vietnam cost me this much and within these categories....Very helpful and useful app.

3. Been using this for years but the latest update at 25th june 2023 totally ruined the experiences.

4. I have been using it for the past 3 years but now they suddenly added even more ads to the interface and even change the UI.

5. Would be better if we could set different rates according to the time we incurred the expense or income.Works well for years now.

7. Exchange rates "loaded from" the server are way off, when using multiple currencies.

8. When you try to get to basic UI features you are tricked into clicking on ads which link to videos that you have to watch before being able to proceed.

9. After quite a few years of use it takes really long time to sync new device.

10. Please add single back key action to go to home, and double back press action to exit.To be honest I use it for so long that I don't want to check if there is anything else on the market.

11. I was probably one of first users and I just decided to donate to the dev to get like forever full version for lifetime.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Wallets Issues

1. Fix My Wallets Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My Wallets: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My Wallets App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Wallets" » Open My Wallets » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Wallets » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My Wallets app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Wallets servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Wallets" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My Wallets app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Wallets might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Wallets. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Wallets then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Wallets not working


2. Fix My Wallets Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Wallets be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Wallets not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Wallets may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
