1. Love love love it!Was great the first few walks but it seems as if I don't keep the app open and on the screen it doesn't keep track right and will add in miles and show a path I didn't take.

2. The app has been glitching like crazy, GPS tracker isn't tracking unless I have my phone open and walks have been showing as if it were shorter time and distance and I pay over $60/ a month subscription.

3. The only reasons I gave 4 stars instead of five is because if a walker or myself forgets to log in or out you can not manually fix the time and I think the price is slightly too steep for small local business owners.

4. The reason for me giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes the app does not input my notes or track my GPS after I stop the walks or visits and sometimes I have to resend.Great app.

5. My clients love getting Doggy Log mails and texts to see their dog's photos, GPS of where we walk, notes on their dog's activities and potty behaviors.

6. Has almost everything you need for Independent walkers and business owners who need to keep track of their other walkers.

7. They have so much for me AND my clients (who are not always tech savvy) The notifying ability helps the owners ensure they're pets are being tended to, without it being complicated or intrusive to their own busy day.

8. For Android I cant get the pins to work nor does the app track our milage leaving me with some very disappointed customers.

9. I was also streaming music thru iHeartRadio during my walk so I'm not sure if there was a data glitch.This app is AMAZING for a super small business like mine.

10. 4 stars cause you can't send videos **UPDATED** LOVE that I can now send videos to my pet parents.

1. Fix Doggy Logs Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Doggy Logs: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Doggy Logs App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Doggy Logs" » Open Doggy Logs - Dog Walk Tracking » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Doggy Logs » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Doggy Logs - Dog Walk Tracking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Doggy Logs servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Doggy Logs - Dog Walk Tracking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Doggy Logs app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Doggy Logs might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Doggy Logs. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Doggy Logs then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Doggy Logs not working

2. Fix Doggy Logs Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Doggy Logs be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Doggy Logs not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Doggy Logs may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
