The app has potential and would like to see the design and some features to be touched up and fixed.Was Recently approved for a pre-authorized payment plan through email, but the app tells me there is no pre authorized payment plan: tried for weeks to get in contact with any one at mb hydro through the app and email and phone to inform they had the wrong the suite number on file even though I repeatedly gave the correct suite number with absolutely no reply until very recently.
2. Once you've submitted a meter reading, there is no way to go back and view past readings, there's no email confirmation, so there's no way to confirm the reading has been submitted?I thought the app would be a great idea so I downloaded it.
3. Submitting a meter reading is out of order, it first asks you for the reading and then asks you which service but has already chosen the wrong service, so you must start over.
4. Hard to find where to submit my meter reading Meter reading UX is "clever" but doesn't allow you to enter via numbers and doesn't automatically select monthly reading.
5. I have had to send a picture of my meter reading to customer service twice now to rectify the problem.
6. Start at step two first and choose the correct service then go back to step one to enter the reading.
7. The app will not accept a '0' as the leftmost digit, when submiting a meter reading.. For three months now.
8. I've read other reviews complaining of the same error message as well.This app keeps switching my preferred language to french and it is highly annoying.. especially when there was an outage and couldn't read the damn notifications they were sending me.
9. The app needs to be more user friendly.I was really enjoying this app for about 1.5 years, then I got a new phone and transferred the apps, and now I get an unauthorized access message on both the old and the new phones.
10. I disliked it so much I asked to have paper bills again.Functionality is fine for looking at bills, submitting meter readings.
11. Every screen change within the app results in 1-2 min or load time.Have been trying for 7 months to get my address for billing and services to match.
