1. Anything I ask the reps who call dont get resolved as they pretty much all say the same thing, "well.. I've only used the desktop version but it's supposed to be on the app too." There's only an accept or decline button when receiving new orders ... and NO counter button which is pretty vital with my companies situation.

2. Could not even log in at all Monday (10/17) and as of today (10/19) it won't allow me to click the "Parts" option which is keeping me from being able to close out completed orders.Pretty useful but its been buggy since the last updates.

3. The add part has some troubles too.When you hit get directions to the customer's house it opens the maps and puts in a completely different address that it just makes up on its own and I can't check inTerrible App.

4. Sometimes the app thinks a part number is a credit card number and won't let you put the part number in notes.

5. I have to use it for work and it is the most frustrating part of my day.The majority of the functions this app is supposed to have do not show up.

6. Things get grayed out that shouldn't be on some work orders like local pick-up.

7. Theres many more problems but no more space left.Ive been using this app for going on 3 years.

8. However, if you need 4+ signatures / orders for one location, be prepared for it to lock up.

9. android 4.9.112 on a LG G7 ThinQ using G710VM21b software version.App constantly has issues.

10. What credit card has letters in the number?Runs very slow.

11. When i try to close an order or reschedule using revisit needed, it just spins for forever and never completes the action.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ServiceLive Pro Issues

1. Fix ServiceLive Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ServiceLive Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ServiceLive Pro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ServiceLive Pro" » Open ServiceLive Pro » click "Update".

  3. Clear ServiceLive Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ServiceLive Pro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ServiceLive Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ServiceLive Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ServiceLive Pro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ServiceLive Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ServiceLive Pro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ServiceLive Pro not working


2. Fix ServiceLive Pro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ServiceLive Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ServiceLive Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ServiceLive Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
