1. Anything I ask the reps who call dont get resolved as they pretty much all say the same thing, "well.. I've only used the desktop version but it's supposed to be on the app too." There's only an accept or decline button when receiving new orders ... and NO counter button which is pretty vital with my companies situation.
2. Could not even log in at all Monday (10/17) and as of today (10/19) it won't allow me to click the "Parts" option which is keeping me from being able to close out completed orders.Pretty useful but its been buggy since the last updates.
3. The add part has some troubles too.When you hit get directions to the customer's house it opens the maps and puts in a completely different address that it just makes up on its own and I can't check inTerrible App.
4. Sometimes the app thinks a part number is a credit card number and won't let you put the part number in notes.
5. I have to use it for work and it is the most frustrating part of my day.The majority of the functions this app is supposed to have do not show up.

11. When i try to close an order or reschedule using revisit needed, it just spins for forever and never completes the action.
