1. I have used this app for years and it does work to send money, use an ATM, or make purchases just fine.

2. It's no good if one cannot add money to the card.I've been using serve for almost a decade and it's hard to say but I'm finally done with the service.

3. We lost the ability to login using the finger print scanner, as well as the ability to swipe for your balance without having to completely login.

4. The layout is unitive and bulky features that I used daily were removed, and i certainly don't want my name displayed in giant font for anyone to read from ten feet away.

5. And now not only dose it not stand out but it digressed tremendously!Cannot load money -- Never had an issue until about a week ago.

6. My phone is brand new!! Listen to your customers and fix this glitch! We can't all be wrong about this feature not working!I can no longer recommend this product.

8. All of the features it states you have to control your account and subaccounts don't work.

9. The fingerprint feature is not working in either app! I spoke to a live person and they had the audacity to suggest that it was my device that was malfunctioning.

1. Fix Serve Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Serve: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Serve App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Serve" » Open Serve » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Serve » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Serve app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Serve servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Serve" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Serve app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Serve might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Serve. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Serve then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Serve not working

2. Fix Serve Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Serve be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Serve not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Serve may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
