Why should I report an Issue with SK Mobile Ministry?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. What about a list of all the members? How about being able to see the entire data file on a member? How about being able to call up birthdays? What value is there in searching for a birthdate? I don't want to know who was born last month.

2. why should I pay for what you broke? After numerous updates that seemed to change our data without notice or explanation, we abandoned Servant Keeper altogether and went to a different company.Can't do something as basic as copy phone number to paste into a different app.

4. Clicking the share button and then clicking on the cell phone number causes the app to crash.This app doesn't give information needed.

1. Fix SK Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SK: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SK App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SK" » Open SK Mobile Ministry » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SK » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SK Mobile Ministry app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SK servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SK Mobile Ministry" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SK app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SK might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SK. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SK then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SK not working

2. Fix SK Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SK be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SK not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SK may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
