I truly hope somebody gets back at me about this.Well it does work its just that whenever I scroll it takes like 3 seconds and I need VIP to cast and to use the keyboard to type for youtube or hulu or netflix like that makes no sense i wouldnt download thisThis app is trash and not worth it the only thing that works is the screen mirror and it crashes after about 30 seconds! Someone needs to make a better app for fire stick remotes!.This app doesn't make sense at all when I downloaded it everything was find so I started the free trial.

Also to bypass the subscription main page, hit the small white X at the top right.This work for awhile like a few hours and then stopped working I have tried almost everything but any false click sends you to ads that tend to make one have to exit out of the program and restart then restart do not plan on getting good service out of the free versionI am utterly disappointed shop states that works with all Amazon Fire products and the only feature that I can get it to do and it doesn't even do it the way it should be done is screen mirroring other than that it does nothing.

The apps you can access are limited, and w when i try and use the keyboard or voice to type, it adds extra letters so it's useless i.e if i wanted to find crackle and wa trying to enter the weird crackle into the field using this app it would type[ ccrraccklle] The coolest thing i did like about the app was the screen mirror technology.

For the first week I couldn’t figure out how to use it but once I did it was awesome not having to keep up with the remote...the only thing I would suggest is a volume control be added on.Paid for the year and this app did not work with my firestick and because I had already used it the app I could not get a refund through google.

5. But that crashed around 20minIt appears you need the remote to navigate to the settings in order for this app to link.

6. I don't know why I spent money on an app that does nothing because I can do screen mirroring without this app.

1. Fix Remote Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Remote: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Remote App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Remote" » Open Remote for Fire TV & Firestick » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Remote » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Remote for Fire TV & Firestick app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Remote servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Remote for Fire TV & Firestick" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Remote app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Remote might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Remote. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Remote then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Remote not working

2. Fix Remote Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Remote be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Remote not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Remote may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
