Remote Customer Insights

1. An option to use voice search would be great with the ability to show/hide the button for those who do/do not have it.Works OK in a pinch, ads are super annoying, and it lies and says the app requires no permissions but at the same time has 8 permissions including make your phone vibrate every time you push a button to control the remote so that makes me cringeTrash u still need the factory remote to connect so this remote makes no sense... But the only real reason we need a remote on r phone is we either lost the remote or the batteries died n we don't have access to none at the time so dat alone make this app pointless.... There an app remote on play store that does not need the original remote to use so this app gets no starts ignore that twinkle u see up there it's fake ⭐😒Wasn't able to launch mouse toggle for fire tv app.

2. This problem seems to be there when using my TV's universal remote with fire tv as well, everything works except double click on play/pause buttonYou keep telling me to go in to settings on my fire stick which if I had the remote I would be able to but I'm downloading a remote and I can't use it because I have to do something in the settings which the feats the purpose of having to download a remoteSet it up as a back up because my kids are always using the remote.

3. Well cant find the remote and the app just keeps "loading" and won't work.Used this app for the first time this morning for Church service.

4. It keeps finding my 2nd device doesn't display my 1st device even though everything is connected through the same network.

5. I especially like that when you have your Bluetooth headphones connected to your device the sound comes through both TV and device.

6. So not hard to just mute the one you don’t want to hear.1. This app needs a way to manually enter an IP address and store it with a desired name.

7. It has a slight delay but other than that it was super easy and worked as promoted.

8. Sound works great.

9. Pictures and videos are clear with a 1 second latency I’d say.

10. Simple design and is relatively stable.

11. Can’t say enough about good things about it.
