Galaxy Wearable Customer Insights

1. This only happened once so no big deal.I would give this 4 stars, except there is one thing that makes this the worst app ever, and that is that no matter how many times I turn off the auto workout feature (of which turns on even when doing light things like washing the dishes) it keeps turning it back on! And this in itself wouldn't be so bad, except it destroys my already short battery life in my galaxy watch.

2. Anyways app works great and I loved my galaxy buds, and now my galaxy buds 2.Update... With the Watch 5, I turned over in bed this morning when my alarm went off, the Fall Detection Engaged? X'd it out, but it was still calling my son at 3:10 AM.

3. It's so frustrating, every time I turn it off, there is an update a few days later, and you ppl have it turned back onCannot connect to my galaxy watch, I've been trying for an hour now.

4. I didn't originally have this problem when i first bought the watch, but for some reason, it won't connect anymore, even after resetting the watch, app, and phone.

5. When I first got my watch, I had no issues getting notifications on it from incoming texts or calls.

6. It shows battery percentage, and a button to toggle the touch buttons on and off, toggle between active noise cancelation, or the ambient noise amplification mode (forgot the name right now).

7. Fix it.Update as of 4/26/23: My watch is disconnecting from my phone a lot throughout the day.

8. Not a terrible app, but it could use some revamping. The Watch 4 Classic CANNOT set custom notification sounds anymore.

9. I've deleted and reset both my watch, AND my phone notifications are still not working.

10. This app is infuriating.Watch faces need more of a selection and could benefit with variations for occasions such as pride, etc.

11. This WAS a feature the watch used to have, but Samsung removed it in newer updates.
