2. Excellent app...all 1 stars are because there trying to unlock phones not supported, I used this years ago on a s5839i galaxy ace and worked perfect....I have a Samsung Galaxy Young and went online for guides on how to unlock my phone so I can use a sim from a different network provider.

1. Fix Galaxy Toolbox Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Galaxy Toolbox: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Galaxy Toolbox App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Galaxy Toolbox" » Open Galaxy Toolbox » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Galaxy Toolbox » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Galaxy Toolbox app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Galaxy Toolbox servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Galaxy Toolbox" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
