1. You can just see the widget, u can tap on it, but in most cases you can't see the result on your watch (even though the tap itself transferred to the widget)I don't like the fact that Samsung doesn't want to work with you as a developer.

2. After opening the application on the phone, select the widget you want on the watch.There really is no other alternative to this amazing app.

3. 1 sec delay on watch when switching to the widget getting updated data.I just installed it and it works.

4. I had the same message about the problem on the phone and watch Samsung Active 2 as people mentioned, but you have to install on both devices separately to connect.

5. What really bothered me was that I couldn't switch from the audiobook app, to the music app, to the VLC media player app from my watch, without having to take the phone out from my pocket.

6. I needed this app to get xDrip+ widget on my Samsung Gear S3 Frontier watch.

7. My hope was to stream the ButterflyMX door open widget to my Pixel Watch, but I wasn't having much luck.

8. But now, with this app, I have a widget from each of these media players on my watch, and I can switch between them to my heart's content!Excellent app! But could be better.

9. I have some widgets that are very small on the watch face which makes it very awkward on the watch and when made too big it gets extremely pixelated and off-putting.

10. Only problem is... Samsung shut it down so a lot of the current problems haven't been addressed, such as syncing over data and switching between widgets smoother.

11. Install from the Galaxy Store on your watch and from Google Play on your phone.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Wearable Widgets Issues

1. Fix Wearable Widgets Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Wearable Widgets: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Wearable Widgets App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wearable Widgets" » Open Wearable Widgets » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wearable Widgets » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Wearable Widgets app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wearable Widgets servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wearable Widgets" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Wearable Widgets app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wearable Widgets might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Wearable Widgets. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wearable Widgets then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wearable Widgets not working


2. Fix Wearable Widgets Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wearable Widgets be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wearable Widgets not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wearable Widgets may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
