1. The developers need to spend more time explaining how the app actually works.Used to be a great app, but recently hasn't been working properly, stops in middle of sending, and yesterday stopped sending entirely (been getting code 96 - no quota) tried emailing but didn't get a response.

2. Checked their website and send to download the lite version from there and email them for license code to get full version, so I did and still didn't get a responseWhile the interface is clean, intuitive, and minimal, the choice to force the user to browse for an XLS is unfortunate.

3. I would gladly pay for a simple app like this if the developer took the time to enhance the method of inputting contact information.This application doesn't seem to work with Android 10.

4. I recommend it for the users.It was working fine a couple months ago well last month now there's nothing in the folder it's showing it on the computer in the folder but on my phone there's nothing inside for me to choose from.It's not able to read internal storage folders.

5. Updated, I sent feedback/bug report to developer, realizing android 10 just came out and so few have been able to update to it yet.

7. Have not been able to open this program since upgrade to android 10 (essential PH-1) always worked well in the past though, hopefully a cause or fix will drop soon.

1. Fix SA Group Text Lite Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SA Group Text Lite: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SA Group Text Lite App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SA Group Text Lite" » Open SA Group Text Lite » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SA Group Text Lite » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SA Group Text Lite app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SA Group Text Lite servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SA Group Text Lite" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SA Group Text Lite app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SA Group Text Lite might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SA Group Text Lite. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SA Group Text Lite then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SA Group Text Lite not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SA Group Text Lite be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SA Group Text Lite not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SA Group Text Lite may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
