I feel like for the first campaign, a little more hands on assistance would make it easier and less frustrating.this app was great at first but then it would not let me log in on my mobile device...I called and they fixed it then it happened again a few days later then they fiedit and it happened again a few days later...I tried and tried to get help ..but through the emil customer service its hopeless, they are slow and ridiculously unknowlegable.
2. The app claims it's unable to establish a connection while all the rest of the features including the voucher list and redeemer work perfectly.
3. The only other aspect of the app that claims it cannot establish a connection is the email form for the support team.User friendly for the most part.
4. Refreshing the screen doesn't work, reinstalling the app doesn't work and restarting the phone doesn't work.
5. Other than that, the graphs and commentary from your guests are great!!I've been a Groupon merchant for quite a long time.
6. These glitches made it impossible to create a deal.The app itself is fantastic and easy to use, the only feature it doesnt have is the ability to update and change things on your own.
7. The chat with an agent feature doesn't work at all.
8. Perhaps its better for higher volume, lower cost products or getting rid of old stock.The ui elements and text is not responsive to the phone size.
9. You work for a quarter of your fee for clients that never intended to come back and pay full price for services.
10. More recent, the support option for live chat or sending an email hasn't worked.
11. The left navigation covers the main area where you would begin creating the new campaign.
