sales-i Customer Insights

1. Says username is wrong, then right, the error, then stuck in loop of sales-i help.... Been trying to use this app for over a year and maybe 15% of the time it works like it's supposed to.This must be one of the worst apps to use I've ever come across.

2. Hard to imagine how a fortune 300 company wasted money on this garbage.Samsung phone not capable.I would never use Sales I again, they auto roll over your contract and this has led to us pay for another 3 years without even using the product.Worst application ever.

3. Very quirky, there are too many ways this app gets confused and you might as well close the app and start all over.Please for the sake of my sanity, increase your time out amount OR/AND have the app auto reset to log in page when it does time out.

4. Please fix this problem asap.Waits till you are well into writing a note on a sales call and crashes... have to keep starting over again.

5. Would ne nice to have a To Do list for prospects.... I have lots of opinions on how to make this more user friendly.I just started a new job that uses this app for their business and it's terrible.

6. But when my manager uses my info on his phone it logs him right in no problem and we all have the same company phones.

7. Wastes time with poorly laid out clunky menus.

8. It crashes all the time, everyday.

9. I have yet to be able to loggin by my user name and password because it doesn't exist or match.

10. Super annoying and a big waste of time.

11. Also lots of crashes lately.Been difficult thus far.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix sales-i Issues

1. Fix sales-i Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart sales-i: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the sales-i App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "sales-i" » Open sales-i » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for sales-i » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear sales-i app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from sales-i servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "sales-i" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check sales-i app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, sales-i might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall sales-i. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall sales-i then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing sales-i not working


2. Fix sales-i Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make sales-i be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to sales-i not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, sales-i may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
