1. !! STORE HRS ONLY SHOWS CLOSED UNTIL 8:00AM, NO PHONE NUMBER, AD PAGE COMES UP BUT YOU CAN'T BLOW IT UP TO READ IT OR WHEN IT GOES TO VIEW ITEM IT JUST HAS THE SPINNING WHEEL OR YOU PICK VIEW AD OR PAGE VIEW, IT DOESN'T DO ANYTHING !! NOTHING IN MENU LISTS AVAILABLE TO CHOOSE.

2. Having to scroll up and down to find items to check off is annoying for instance carrots can be up at the top of the list and potatoes somewhere in the middle and onions at the bottom.

3. Wanted to check to see if my store had the items I was looking for before I went, but it doesn't show anything.

4. I can't shop to see items in store, link to my Kroger Rewards, find and clip coupons, NOTHING.

5. When I pull up the weekly ads, I am unable to access the the item view or the page view.

6. It makes sense for produce, meat, non perishables, and dairy to be grouped in the list but otherwise the app is greatI don't know what they did, but whatever it was, it rendered this app useless, unless you are choosing something from the weekly ad.

7. I'll keep using the Kroger app as at least it offers all the functionality a grocery store app should (even if I can't shop my local Ruler from it).Couldn't do anything with app.

8. Love that I can make a shopping list in the app but frustrated that I can't put items in a particular order.

1. Fix Ruler Foods Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ruler Foods: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ruler Foods App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ruler Foods" » Open Ruler Foods » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ruler Foods » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ruler Foods app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ruler Foods servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ruler Foods" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ruler Foods app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ruler Foods might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ruler Foods. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ruler Foods then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ruler Foods not working

2. Fix Ruler Foods Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ruler Foods be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ruler Foods not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ruler Foods may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
