1. Also be nice when adding to cart to keep categories together or at least the order I add it in.Works good for product search and making lists, but not great for shopping yourself off of the list.

2. Really bad for viewing the weekly ad as the search and filter overlays take up 3/4 of the screen and don't scroll away! And why does "Buy it again" keep recommending salmon? I hate fish 🤢The app works well enough, but it needs more complete nutritional info and doesn't always show all available products.

3. A big step forward would also be to display the weekly ad coupon bar code as part of the app, e.g. above the ads where all the text is now.I wish it was easier to get back to the cart when searching for products instead of hitting back to get to the home screen.

4. There is just nothing good to it and creates more frustration rather than being helpful.At some point during adding things to my cart it ends up freezing and shutting down.

5. It also needs to give access to the gas rewards program.Easy process, mobile friendly, accurate orders, produce chosen is exactly what I would choose.

6. It keeps kicking me out, logging me out in the middle of searching for items, the look up options don't provide things that are actually at the store's location you pick.

8. It's awful.Good app, really helps me put together a shopping list before I go.. otherwise I'm one of those always forgetting something or going over budget.

10. This app is such a pain! It takes forever to load (if you are even lucky enough for it to eventually load), it force stops all the time, it says "not connected to internet" when I definitely am.

11. If you search an item it either quits entirely or sends you back to the log in page and the search function is pretty much entirely what I would use it for.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Festival Foods » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Festival Foods app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Festival Foods servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Festival Foods" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Festival Foods app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Festival Foods might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Festival Foods. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Festival Foods then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Festival Foods not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Festival Foods be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Festival Foods not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
