It's not easy to choose substitutions, it's not easy to change your payment method, it's not easy to add to your order, and what's even worse is there is a service charge for delivery that they don't tell you about until check out and the percentage is unknown, this is along with the delivery feeEverything went fine with finding items and adding them into my cart.

2. This app is awful! If you have to step away, it kicks you out of your session instead of keeping you logged in like normal shopping apps! So it doesn't save your cart and you have to start all over again if you don't sit there and complete the whole shopping order when you have it active.

3. Some people just want to add to their cart as they think of items! Please fix this! It is infuriating to try to shop with this app!This app is unbelievably slow, it makes everything harder, you click on anything and try to go back it takes you back to the beginning, you have to log in all the time even in the middle of shopping.

4. The convenience of shopping online is removed, because I have to keep returning and attempting to place the order.

5. You have to refresh often if you're carting for a delivery or pickup order, because they will give your reservation away to someone else, and then it will show an error until you clear data for the app and restart it.

6. Every single time I'd try to order it would tell me there was an error processing the card with any card I used even if it worked everywhere else perfectly fine.

7. There is no possibility of getting a human onthe store phone.Not only is the app incredibly slow and difficult to navigate, but after the first few uses I became unable to order anything.

8. The shopper texts you as they are shopping for your items & if an item is unavailable they will let you know & give simlar options to replace it or you can cancel an item.
