1. The negative is it take forever to find the digital coupons and I do not know of a way to find it by search tools.go cart is great and the app is super user friendly! my only complaint is that there isn't a minimum threshold for free pick up.

That's beyond old fashioned, out of date with current technology trends and plain stupid on the one that wrote the policy governing "digital" coupons.I like the overall idea of the app, like the meal recipe and suggestion thing is super neat and I'd like to use it, but the search on this thing is terrible.

3. If you do want multiples of things, you have to navigate away to choose how many and then you start back at the top.Was in the store shopping and picked up an item that had a tag saying you can get so much off with the "digital" coupon on the app.

4. Very disappointed but at this point going out of my way to another store is more worth my time and money.The food city app on makes it so much easier for me to shop.

5. it doesn't matter how specific your query is, if an item is at all remotely related to what you searched for, it WILL show in the results.

6. Asked the cashier and was told it takes 24 hours, a full day, to add a digital coupon.

7. good luck using this app.As a cashier at one of your locations, please fix digital coupons.

8. it doesn't matter if your order is $1 or $100 there is a $4.99 fee and any fee waiver coupons are usually way more than I would buy of the sponsored product.

9. I can't even place an order because it takes hours to go through every item looking for what you need.

10. other than that its a great service!Searching for items does not work, it literally will bring up everything except what you searched for.

11. It drives us all insane to have to get a manager to manually enter the things every time someone comes up with one, and we wouldn't have to do it if they just worked as intended.

1. Fix Food City Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Food City: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Food City App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Food City" » Open Food City » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Food City » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Food City app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Food City servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Food City" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Food City app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Food City might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Food City. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Food City then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Food City not working

2. Fix Food City Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Food City be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Food City not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Food City may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
