1. Is it tracking what I've spent even though it's not updated? Edit: App has been updated and is working great! Thank yooouuu!!!I couldn't find my last review to update it.

2. Those of up who rely on delivery are mostly elderly and or disabled it's now almost 24.oo with fees and tips, the app is slow, you have to scroll thru pages of suggestions to get to the bottom of the section to find a task button, it won't allow me to pick a time slot nor to check out.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Food Lion Issues

1. Fix Food Lion Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Food Lion: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Food Lion App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Food Lion" » Open Food Lion » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Food Lion » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Food Lion app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Food Lion servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Food Lion" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Food Lion app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Food Lion might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Food Lion. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Food Lion then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Food Lion not working


2. Fix Food Lion Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Food Lion be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Food Lion not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Food Lion may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I cannot use the UKG (formerly WFD) app on my computer. I get a noreply message for my updated schedule, but cannot login to see it. My employee no. is 1814199
