Been using it for about 3 years now Giving it 5 stars because I should have acknowledged the ease and functionality when I first got it and it wouldn't be fair to thumbs down due to recent issues... BUT.. I have just got a new Motorola G7 Power and the application will not allow me to remote control my phone over 4G.

1. Fix Mobizen Mirroring Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mobizen Mirroring: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mobizen Mirroring App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mobizen Mirroring" » Open Mobizen Mirroring » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mobizen Mirroring » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mobizen Mirroring app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mobizen Mirroring servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mobizen Mirroring" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mobizen Mirroring app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mobizen Mirroring might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mobizen Mirroring. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mobizen Mirroring then reinstall.
