1. Complete waste of money!Three stars because it was great when I got it but then I purchased the app to unlock all sounds and now the app doesn't go past the blue start up screen.

1. Fix Auscultation | Heart Sounds Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Auscultation | Heart Sounds: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Auscultation | Heart Sounds App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Auscultation | Heart Sounds" » Open Auscultation | Heart Sounds » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Auscultation | Heart Sounds » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Auscultation | Heart Sounds app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Auscultation | Heart Sounds servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Auscultation | Heart Sounds" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Auscultation | Heart Sounds app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Auscultation | Heart Sounds might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Auscultation | Heart Sounds. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Auscultation | Heart Sounds then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Auscultation | Heart Sounds not working
