1. I have a new phone and after following the instructions in the app description it doesn't even connect.I originally tried this on my S22 and it could see my gear fit but the connect button did nothing... then tried my work A2 and that couldn't see the gear fit at all... now trying my mum's old J2 and again it sees the gear fit but the connect button does nothing.

Update your app or pull it down.Complete absolute rubbish it cant even connect to my Samsung fit e and that's surely one thing it should do,I even reset it as it told me to do but still nothing,aw but it wanted to connect to my Bluetooth speaker.absolute garbage and im very very very disappointed and if I could give it minus stars I would.Great app , works fine for Google pixel 3.

3. Was hopeful that it could resurrect an old Gear Fit I never even opened, but alas, not.Everything is ok..considering to buy..but call notifications never work..even though I have enabled that in settingsSees the gear fit but connect button does nothing.

1. Fix Gear Fit Pro Lite Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Gear Fit Pro Lite: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Gear Fit Pro Lite App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Gear Fit Pro Lite" » Open Gear Fit Pro Lite - (for Gear- » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Gear Fit Pro Lite » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Gear Fit Pro Lite - (for Gear- app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Gear Fit Pro Lite servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Gear Fit Pro Lite - (for Gear-" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Gear Fit Pro Lite app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Gear Fit Pro Lite might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Gear Fit Pro Lite. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Gear Fit Pro Lite then reinstall.
