Thank you!Works fine one minute then message pops up about cookie settings , do what is advised to help but in end have to uninstall then reinstall, so annoying .Got stuck in scanner mode and CANNOT back out! Totally useless now.After todays update ESS 43 - Reflexis app on my android Samsung J 3 (2017) phone I can't access schedules.🤯 It froze on lunch blue Reflexis logo! (It could be different for other models!) Let's pray for quick fix 🙏🏻 And be able to take a screenshots is a must.

2. Can't describe how annoying it is.Seems okay so far, only gripe I have is that the availability calendar is so hard to distinguish the coloured dots as they're the tiniest things! The unavailable days look exactly the same colour as available! This was a full square on the older app and easy to see at a quick glance, please change this to either make them larger or so we can change the colour.Bad, doesn't load sometimes.

3. Program has wrong info on keeping time, such as not scheduled but you are clearly punched in for the day.I had to uninstall and reinstall the app because it wouldn't load past the blue reflexis logo.

4. Also, When I try to view my time card it says "error while processing your request" so I can't see or approve my time card.Really liked it until recently, now it won't load, stuck on the blue opening screen.

5. It would tell me everytime something was wrong with my cookie settings, and I followed every instruction to try and get it to work and it still wouldn't.

6. This is silly.It is total bs that you can't scan that QR code from photo that is in your phone and need a physical picture of it.

7. Workers used time clocks and punches for over 100 years with no problems.

8. It keeps on harassing me about turning on turning on my location even though I said no thanks multiple times.

9. Have to log in just to get to the clock-in function, only to have it take too long to update my location.

10. I wish my workplace used a different one.Pure garbage and completely unnecessary.

11. The app often claims I'm not at the location when I'm literally standing in the store.

1. Fix ESS 45 Zebra Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ESS 45 Zebra: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ESS 45 Zebra App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ESS 45 Zebra" » Open ESS 45 Zebra » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ESS 45 Zebra » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ESS 45 Zebra app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ESS 45 Zebra servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ESS 45 Zebra" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ESS 45 Zebra app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ESS 45 Zebra might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ESS 45 Zebra. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ESS 45 Zebra then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ESS 45 Zebra not working

2. Fix ESS 45 Zebra Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ESS 45 Zebra be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ESS 45 Zebra not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ESS 45 Zebra may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
