1. This app used to be the paid version with removed ads and features... Absolutely no reason to have this paid version any more, they decided to try and con you out of more money with a subscription service and us who supported the app and paid in the early days are now being charged twice!It recognised my "pro" app status after this update, however, it wouldn't let me put in my date of birth because the date and month fields are wrongly positioned.

2. Entering birthdate for training zone calc is cumbersome because in my case I had to scroll through 60+ years of monthly calendars rather than a simple date entry field.I had a paid version of this app when it wasn't subscription-based.

1. Restart Instant Heart Rate+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Instant Heart Rate+ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Instant Heart Rate+" » Open Instant Heart Rate+ » click "Update".
