1. Namaste.I recently downloaded many Self-Affirmation Apps! I wanted to find one that wasn't going to charge me $$$ to actually see a majority of the affirmations suggested! I mean there are SO MANY CHOICES out there that I become FRUSTRATED trying to find an App for the purpose I want to use it for and sometimes GIVE UP! Luckily I came across this App fairly EARLY in my QUEST and find it works WONDERFUL! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE on your JOURNEY !!!I regret buying this app.

2. Sometimes I wish the affirmations wouldn't change so quickly when I click on them, or that the background picture was still displayed, but still a nice app to have on my phone.Generally one of the better affirmation apps, but there is still much room for improvement.

3. Love the feature that lets me play affirmations back to back, & love the background music that goes with them & that I have the option to change the music with other tracks on the app.

5. Here are some of my suggestions: 1) option to disable notifications (or change their frequency); 2) setting a daily reminder; 3) dark theme; 4) smoother transition animation between the affirmations.

8. But so for the only problem is that after watching the affirmation the video doesn't come show it to 100% nor does it move from the initial position also it doesn't play the sound track.

1. Fix Purify Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Purify: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Purify App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Purify" » Open Purify: Positive Affirmations » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Purify » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Purify: Positive Affirmations app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Purify servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Purify: Positive Affirmations " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Purify app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Purify might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Purify. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Purify then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Purify not working

2. Fix Purify Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Purify be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Purify not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Purify may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
