1. You're better off saving that and putting it toward seeing a therapist twice a month, buying books, or saving for something you actually want that will really add value to your life, etc.This app is not only beautiful, but it's the first habit tracker I've used that seems to combine powerful CBT tools for starting and maintaining new habits, with a simple and thoughtful interface that takes the extra steps that sometimes cause me to drop a new habit out of the equation.
2. I've tried multiple times to cancel again in my play store and through the app (by the way an account with the email address I used doesn't exist so how am I still being charged).
3. If you are going to do a free trial at least make it so peiple can actually cancel after the trial.Signed up for the three day trial and can't even get the app to download to my phone to use it and have tried multiple times.
4. I also don't want to be forced into a free trial right away since those can be hard to cancel.
5. You can remind me each day but I can mark that particular habit done any day I am able to do it.Sadly, I was looking forward to this app being helpful, but once you get past a few stages, I can't even press anything to continue forward like a journal entry.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Habio Issues
1. Fix Habio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Habio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Habio App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Habio" » Open Habio - Simple Habit Tracker » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Habio » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Habio - Simple Habit Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Habio servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Habio - Simple Habit Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Habio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Habio might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Habio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Habio then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Habio not working
2. Fix Habio Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Habio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Habio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Habio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I have never been so mislead by an app before. I have tried to cancel the subscription within the first few days of using it however it does not show app in subscription in iPhone settings which means i couldn’t click cancel subscription.
