Recovery Record Customer Insights

1. You can track so much more than just food! Great design and clearly guided by actual ED clinicians.excellent way to give timely and supportive feedback, encouragement, even corrections to clients.extremely useful and insightfulI was at first concerned as a clinician that our patients were unable to submit logs due to the speed of the app and the fact that it would freeze for over an hour.

2. Jenna, the CEO, is clearly overwhelmed as is her team, and it appears she was not prepared to handle volume when she created this app.It is the most thorough food log for a clinician to review, plus the client has multiple benefits in using the app.Incredibly helpful for communication between the treatment team and client, and perfect for utilizing coping skills when having urges.

3. There are so many options which you can also edit to specifically suit your needs as a coach and the feedback from clients has been awesome so interactive easy to use and the app keeps everything together.. best find.i wish I'd found it soonerFantastic app for working with eating disorders.

4. The most disturbing part of our experience with RR was that the "troubleshooting team" was slow and in fact rude when we tried to help communicate with them about their issues with their own app - I would expect a business owner to be grateful to hear feedback about their app.

5. Then, my entire team became more concerned because logs that were ostensibly uploaded were in fact not uploaded.

6. Finally, we became concerned due to numerous challenges that made our patients feel that their rights as per HIPAA were being violated.

7. As an eating disorder recovery coach this has been an app that offers so much to help with treatment.

8. Super customizable for clients and many ways to view data on the therapist end.
