1. Makes a huge difference in weight loss programs and the fact that I can share all my journals in real time with a nutritionist is very cool and extremely helpful! Some things that could be added, would be a database of individual foods that I eat, that gets built from those foods, so the user can pick a single food item while listing the meal eaten, and a dedicated field for daily weight measure would be nice as well!Love love love love this app.
2. :/ I hope an adapted version for weight loss comes out soon.Although the interface could use a more modern revamp, the app and its features are amazing, great help for meal planning and looking up for foods and ingredients you can't eat for your specific condition, for example the Low FODMAP diet option helps you buy groceries and plan meals that won't make you sick if you have IBS, it also has games to guess and learn which foods are good or bad for your specific diet, and it's actually fun.

I've successfully used many calorie counter apps and exercise tracking apps for short periods of time, but I think this next-level app may help me push through to new standards of personal growth and health improvements in my ongoing quest for holistic health & survivability during this & future pandemics.TLDR: Great App for those who aren't looking at food objectively.
4. I had surgery in January and was trying to track food and water intake, bowel movements, meds, sleep, mood and exercise manually with index cards.

7. I'd like to track them but not count towards my hydration goal.Great app for journaling everything you eat, and for exercise as well.
8. However, I really don't like how this app doesn't let you enter in the calories and protein manually instead of using the slide bar.
9. You can track what you're eating without counting calories, and feel completely in control.
10. I also am accustomed apps that use the method that counts calories, and thus still lean towards apps like FatSecret.
11. I hated using calorie counters because they were time consuming etc.
