1. I don't feel like re entering it and making that initial effort alllll over again.Good concept and design but EXTREMELY INTRUSIVE!!! Very limited (more like a demo) as a single (offline) profile and if opted in as a Pro user, you have no option but to relinquish all your privacy and medical data in its entirety (presented as a convenient syncing service) to a virtually unknown entity and to the notoriously bad (privacy trampling) Google services.

2. I hope that cleared up any misleading information.Update - How to change suger lvl to mll and others! And is there any night mood option? In My county we use 5 point as normal It's ok, but u should give some free basic stuff and free sync option.

3. Don't go for money, your app can help alot of people and more after a period most of them can pay you a handsome amount.This app has great potential and I have received quick response and refund from developer.

4. It would be great if information could be imported, if the app wouldn't crash randomly, and if the functionality included more than your basic notebook functionality that comes with your phone standardly.

1. Fix Medical records Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Medical records: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Medical records App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Medical records" » Open Medical records » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Medical records » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Medical records app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Medical records servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Medical records" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
