1. What is the point of an expensive security system when I can't access my cameras through this app OR via a website!! I'm furious and there is no one at Bolide that helps!Power hog! Since I installed it, my other apps have a scramble of the Bolide red and black that occasionally covers them, especially when I am switching between active apps.Nuwave communications like this product and app so if you're just getting in the security business you should reach out to these guys.

2. The console you can pick a time frame and review and of the camera and the same time for activitiesConfused- I wish there was a tutorial or an interactive lesson on how to to use the app.

3. I'm probably going to replace it with another vendor.The live feeds of my cameras almost never work and the playback does not work at all.

4. It doesn't connect on public WiFi either.Should be able to operate like the console does.

1. Fix Bolide Quick Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bolide Quick Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bolide Quick Connect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bolide Quick Connect" » Open Bolide Quick Connect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bolide Quick Connect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bolide Quick Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bolide Quick Connect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bolide Quick Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bolide Quick Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bolide Quick Connect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bolide Quick Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bolide Quick Connect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bolide Quick Connect not working

2. Fix Bolide Quick Connect Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bolide Quick Connect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bolide Quick Connect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bolide Quick Connect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
