1. What's the value of using the mobile app vs a mobile browser, like Google chrome, besides the ease of fingerprint login? I believe in the quickbase team and will definitely give 5 stars when table reports are viewable within any mobile interface.

2. Old (Nov 2022): Same problem as others, won't save my login info and when I reenter I cant login unless I change my passwordI have to download this crazy app every day for work because it locks me out every 24 hrs and won't let me sign in.

3. Lots of bugs to work out.This mobile application companion to Quick Base applications is a wonderful addition while away from my desktop Quick Base.

1. Fix Quickbase Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Quickbase: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Quickbase App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Quickbase" » Open Quickbase » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Quickbase » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Quickbase app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Quickbase servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Quickbase" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Quickbase app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Quickbase might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Quickbase. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Quickbase then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Quickbase not working

2. Fix Quickbase Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Quickbase be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Quickbase not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Quickbase may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
